Job Summary:

The Material Handler ensures the availability of the material at the production line, removal and the selection of the scrap and the correct packagingof the finished goods. Use forklift trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, production, machines and loading docks, into trucks or storage facilities.

• Prepare packaging material for production.
• Ensure regular feed of components and injected parts for production line.
• Work with the scanner.
• Print labels for produced parts (pre - assemblies, final parts).
• Put material in the warehouse/ kitting zone and back to the line of the pre - assemblies.
• Work with lifting equipment.
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trucks.
• Moving goods packed on pallets orin crates around the storage facility, production and specific areas
• Checkingloads are secure
• Stacking pallets
• Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the trucks battery
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• 1 -3 Years of Experience
• 1 Years of Experience within the automotive industry.
• Experience within the automotive in Production or Logistics.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
