Warranty Manager - Residential Construction

A well-respected local home builder is seeking a skilled Warranty Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for construction professionals with 3+ years of residential experience who take pride in delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.

As the Warranty Manager, you'll serve as the bridge between clients, subcontractors, and the construction team-ensuring warranty issues are handled quickly, efficiently, and with a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire warranty process, from initial claim to resolution
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and trade partners
• Conduct site visits, evaluate concerns, and coordinate repairs as needed
• Keep accurate and organized records of all warranty activity
• Partner with construction and customer care teams to drive quality improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• 3+ years of residential construction experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid knowledge of residential building codes and standards

This opportunity offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$100,000 plus full benefits.
