• Overseeing regional sales including preparation of internal sales reports
• Supporting existing customers
• Acquiring new customers and following up on leads effectively
• Coordinating with Internal Sales with preparation and negotiation of quotes
• Achieving annual sales goals as outlined by leadership
• Representing the company at trade shows and supporting marketing activities

• 3-5 years of experience in sawmill equipment sales
• Excellent mechanical aptitude with ability to read blueprints
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as math skills
• Ability to work as a team member to interact professionally and knowledgeably with customers
• Exceptional networking skills to build and enhance customer relationships
• Critical thinking skills, objectivity in decision-making, complex problem analysis and creative problem solving, and overall strong solutions-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to travel 2-5 days per week as required
