As a Team Shift Leader, you will be the driving force behind our team, inspiring energy and enthusiasm to uphold KFC's high standards. Your Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by implementing the KFC Connect Success Routine and addressing customer needs efficiently.
  • Supervise Team Members in completing daily tasks while ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Guarantee food safety, quality, and accuracy in every order.
  • Quickly resolve customer complaints to maintain positive relations.
  • Provide consistent feedback to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) on Team Member performance.
  • Deliver ongoing constructive and supportive feedback to Team Members.
  • Actively engage in the training and development of Team Members.
  • Handle conflicts effectively and collaborate with the RGM for resolution.
  • Assist the RGM in screening potential Team Member candidates.
  • Support Profit & Loss management by adhering to cash control and security procedures while maintaining inventory and labor.
  • Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
  • Assist the RGM in maintaining the facility and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Is This You?

  • 1 year of restaurant or retail experience, with a preference for 3 months in a shift lead capacity.
  • Familiarity with cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication, management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to physically handle up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attendance and punctuality are a must.
  • Capable of operating a cash register and providing change as necessary.
  • Basic math skills are essential.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Passionate about promoting KFC's culture and values.
  • Able to provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Execute shift duties with precision and efficiency.
