Overview

Were seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our client's growing finance team. This role is highly visible and offers the chance to work directly with plant, division, and corporate leadership. Youll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic initiatives, helping drive financial success and business performance.

What Youll Do

• Support month-end reporting, close, and variance analysis
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts
• Deliver financial reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to leadership
• Develop new reporting tools to meet business needs
• Contribute to financial system implementations and strategic projects
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
• Partner with leaders across the organization to provide insights and decision support

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP/BI system experience a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across functions and present insights to leadership
