Staff Engineer Paper Process Lead

Description:
Lead process engineering for pulp & paper projects from concept to IFC—own scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety.
What you'll do
- Set process design criteria; develop PFDs/P&IDs, H&MBs, hydraulics.
- Prepare equipment specs, support bids, and lead technical evaluations.
- Review/approve deliverables; check vendor data against design.
- Coordinate across disciplines; drive design reviews and change control.
- Interface with clients and support proposals/business development.
- Produce preliminary designs for capital estimates; support field travel.
What you bring
- BS in ChemE/ME/Paper Science.
- 10+ years in pulp & paper (operations a plus).
- Deep knowledge of paper machine equipment/processes.
- Hands-on with PFD/P&IDs, H&MBs, equipment specs.
- Strong communicator; PE preferred (not required).
