Job Title: Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Lead the Full Project Lifecycle: Manage structural designs from concept to completion, ensuring precision, compliance, and innovation at every stage.
2. Develop Cutting-Edge Solutions: Create optimal, code-compliant designs using site-specific conditions and loadings, while applying industry standards (AASHTO, ADM, ACI, AISC, ASCE, DOT, IBC, NDS, etc.).
3. Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve design challenges, streamline workflows, and deliver efficient, groundbreaking solutions.
4. Drive Project Success: Oversee schedules, budgets, and expectations, proactively addressing challenges to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise: 5+ years in structural design, with a focus on bridge design or prefabricated structures.
• Leadership skills: 2+ years of project management experience, with the ability to guide teams and deliver results.
• Technical proficiency: Strong knowledge of Tekla Structural Designer (or similar FEA tools), structural materials, and fabrication methods.
• Problem-solving mindset: A proactive approach to tackling challenges, finding innovative solutions, and driving projects forward.
