Description:

MAU is hiring a Quality Engineering Technician for our client in Greenville, SC.

As a Quality Engineering Technician, you will support manufacturing operations by applying standard quality and engineering techniques to enhance production processes, identify nonconforming parts, and ensure compliance. This is a long-term contract opportunity with potential for full-time hire.

Shift Information

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Background in assembly and/or machining

Familiarity with nonconforming parts and quality management systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree

General Requirements

Ability to manage multiple process improvement projects

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

Understanding of quality assurance tools and techniques

Essential Functions

Document technical data related to components, assemblies, and systems in accordance with quality standards

Conduct plant floor inspections to locate, document, and route nonconforming parts

Prioritize and implement multiple process improvement projects to enhance quality and productivity

Conduct training sessions on quality assurance concepts and tools

Maintain and enforce process documentation for assigned production areas

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and process consistency
