The Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Design & Governance designs and delivers organization design consulting projects and advisory services, employing substantial problem-solving and analytical capabilities, strategic thinking and insight generation, and effective facilitation, communication and relational skills. Depth & Scope:Leads and executes internal organization design strategic projects, from start to finish; including project design and scoping, aligning stakeholder expectations, project management, providing updates, and timely project delivery.
