Mainframe Infrastructure Metrics Engineer

100% Remote Location USA Rate DOE Start Date Immediately

Responsibilities:

Observability, Monitoring & Tooling: Implement and maintain observability solutions to monitor mainframe performance metrics. Collaborate in development/modification of dashboards and alerts to track system performance and anomalies.

Mainframe Performance Optimization: Analyze mainframe performance metrics and identify areas for optimization. Develop and implement strategies to improve system performance and efficiency.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and provide technical expertise. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on performance goals and deliverables.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of system performance metrics, dashboards, and alerts. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on system performance trends and recommendations for improvement.
