What We Offer
* Pay: $21.01-$25.83 per hour + 8% shift differential for night shift employees
* 12-hour shifts, following a 2-2-3 schedule (rotating)

What We're Looking For
* High school diploma, GED, or 1+ years of manufacturing experience
* 2-4 years' experience in a related field preferred
* Ability to read and follow work instructions, apply basic math, and use handheld measurement devices
* Mechanically oriented with strong problem-solving skills
* Good communication skills and command of English (written and spoken)
* Computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office and Oracle a plus
* Able to differentiate color shades and use microscopes or vision systems
* Dependable attendance record and willingness to work overtime, weekends, or off-shifts as needed
* Must pass pre-employment and ongoing drug screens and physicals
* Must be able to lift 15-30 lbs frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally
* Manual dexterity for precision component handling
What You'll Do as a Certified Technician
* Safely operate all production and quality equipment
* Perform accurate job setups and assist operators with machine operations
* Monitor process indicators to drive improved quality and efficiency
* Conduct dimensional, physical, and visual inspections according to test plans
* Test fiber transmission capability using OTDR equipment
* Accurately record material usage, production data, and quality results
* Create non-conformance reports (NCMIRs) as required
* Maintain certifications for production process and quality control
* Perform preventive maintenance and ensure calibration of inspection equipment
* Support engineers and technicians in troubleshooting issues
* Promote and maintain 6S/housekeeping standards
* Perform other tasks as assigned
* Frequent sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and handling of reels
* Monitoring production lines and distinguishing colors
* PPE required: safety glasses at all times; gloves when handling resins; some positions require ear plugs
* Exposure to resins (must not be sensitized to them)
