The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of Eastern's Executive Leadership Team, responsible for shaping the financial strategy and guiding the company's next phase of growth. This leader will serve as both a strategic partner and a hands-on financial steward, ensuring operational excellence, fiscal health, and alignment with The Eastern Way — taking care of people, driving improvement, and operating with integrity.
The CFO will help lead Eastern into the future by building scalable systems, developing strong financial teams, and providing insight-driven guidance that supports both the business and the people who power it. A key priority for this role is to support the company's long-term strategic goal of approximately doubling in size over the next decade through disciplined expansion, innovation, and stewardship.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or closely held business a plus.
Deep understanding of financial systems, forecasting, M&A, and capital strategy.
Demonstrated experience overseeing compliance, risk management, and governance in a growing organization.
