Senior Project Manager

Our client is a well-established and growing construction firm based in South Carolina, specializing in high-quality multi-family developments. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, podium-style apartment projects in the Greenville area.

This is a strategic, long-term leadership rolenot a "one and done" project position. The Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of multi-family projects ranging from $50M to $70M, including those with underground parking garages and podium structures. Projects will be located within a 1-hour radius of Greenville, eliminating the need for extensive travel.

You will be responsible for the full project lifecyclefrom preconstruction through closeoutwhile managing teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships. Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in multi-family construction.
• Proven experience managing podium-style apartment projects in the $50M$70M range, including underground parking garages.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors.
• Experience working with local municipalities, permitting, and inspections in South Carolina preferred.
• Ability to drive and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required for highly qualified candidates.
• Local or willing to relocate to the Greenville, SC area; this is a long-term, regionally based role.
