Drive national expansion of HabitNu Thrive across payers and employers. Shape strategy, build partnerships that stick, and close deals that matter. Remote-friendly, with leadership visibility from day one.

The What

• New business growth: Payers and employers, coast to coast
• Complex deal orchestration: Navigate procurement, build consensus, close contracts
• Strategic partnership: Work directly with leadership to refine go-to-market and scale plans

The Who

• 7–10 years selling digital health, wellness, or care management into payers/employers
• Proven closer: Complex B2B healthcare deals are your specialty
• Fluent in the ecosystem: Payer operations, employer benefits, PBMs, wellness aggregators
