Supervise and mentor a team of cable technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to foster growth and excellence. Plan and coordinate daily technician schedules, routes, and workloads to ensure efficient service delivery and minimal downtime. Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex technical issues, guiding technicians through troubleshooting and problem resolution. Conduct site audits, inspect completed work, and implement quality control measures to ensure all installations and repairs meet industry and company standards. Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including completion rates, first-time fixes, and customer satisfaction, and implement strategies for improvement.
