Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick/Pack Associate to join our warehouse team. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing customer orders from start to finish in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with SKUs, order fulfillment systems, and warehouse inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products based on order sheets or scanning systems
  
• Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment
  
• Verify SKUs and quantities to ensure order accuracy
  
• Label and prepare shipments according to company standards
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  
• Restock shelves and maintain inventory organization
  
• Assist with regular inventory counts and cycle checks
  
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
  
• Communicate any order discrepancies or inventory issues to supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous experience in order fulfillment, pick/pack, or warehouse operations
  
• Strong familiarity with SKUs, barcodes, and inventory systems
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (hot/cold conditions)
  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
