Manager Digital Transformation: Responsible for leading and driving the strategic direction of the organization's digital initiatives. Oversee the implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions to transform business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience. Work closely with senior leadership to optimize core business processes, leveraging a deep understanding of emerging technologies to manage complex, large-scale agile transformation projects across multiple business functions across local and international geographies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a manager with international management consulting experience for a global consulting or technology company. Experience must include platforms that facilitate digital transformation, including Cavello Salespad, MS Dynamics GP (ver 2016) and MS Business Central (cloud), MS Power Automate and MS Power BI, and Microsoft Project Manager, as well as managing complex digital projects using Agile frameworks to ensure efficient project execution.
