Program Assistant / Activities Assistant Responsibilities:Assist members with personal care including hygiene, dressing, toileting, transfers, and mobility. Lead and support recreational activities, games, music, and social programs. Serve and assist with meals and snacks. Create a warm, welcoming environment that encourages member participation. Monitor member wellbeing and follow safety and care protocols. Driver / Shuttle Driver Responsibilities:Safely transport members to and from our centers, medical appointments, and community outings. Push, pull, bend, squat, turn, pivot, transfer and lift at least 50 pounds. Assist members with mobility devices and secure wheelchairs or walkers. Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle.
