Relocation & Sign On Bonus Eligible - - The Process Engineer will support the KDP Spartanburg Manufacturing Site, reporting to the Senior RCI Manager. This role is instrumental in identifying and eliminating sources of waste across manufacturing operations. The Process Engineer will drive operational excellence through structured problem-solving, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about optimizing processes, reducing variability, and enhancing productivity in a collaborative, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate the eight wastes of lean (e.g., downtime, defects, overproduction, motion, inventory, waiting, transportation, and underutilized talent).
