S: Main interface to the customer (and internal groups) to ensure key dimensional characteristics are meeting the customer requirements. Responsible for leading and developing the dimensional control processes associated with upcoming program launch and continuing to oversee into series production. Responsible for the programming, maintaining, and operating of measurement equipment used to ensure dimensional compliance of product. Monitor and manage the reactionary processes for data generated via the above equipment and gathered from additional in-process sensors. Schedule, coordinate and report using cross-functional meetings to address internal and external dimensional concerns. Responsible for leading and validating corrective actions (on-time closures, repeat concerns, root cause, etc) relating to dimensional concerns (both internal and external) through completion.
