Department Overview: The role will manage a team responsible for investigative metrics and dashboards to support the needs of the investigative management teams. In addition, this role will help obtain and maintain relationships with vendors that can provide investigative tools required by the teams to complete complex investigations. This role will work closely with our Monitoring and Capabilities team partners on technology related needs for the teams including any upgrades or defect fixes to the transaction monitoring system. Our team currently operates under a hybrid work model, with employees expected to work in the office two days per week. Starting in November, this expectation will increase to four days per week.
