Key Job Requirements: Responsible for the process setups from the initial installation through to final production. Set up all process adjustments (may include as many as 50 to 60)Be part of a rotational on-call schedule to assist any shift with setup and process troubleshooting needs as required. (This is not to exceed overtime safety limits.)Must be team oriented with leadership qualities capable of teaching others technical details. Demonstrate proficiency at troubleshooting all process setups for flaws that may lead to poor product quality or shorten the life-span of the tooling and/or the equipment. Responsible for assembly, installation and alignment of tooling into equipment as needed. Maintain a clean, safe working environment. Complete various projects and assignments as determined by the Process Technicians. Other duties as necessary.
