Main Task: Drive changes with the defined Global Change Management System throughout all phases considering the internal and external given timeframe. Duties & Responsiblities: Support the Program/ Plant Manager to achieve quality, timing and business KPI's utilizing an efficient Global Change Management Standard. Guarantee that the work packages of each phase are completed in time and with the required quality. Coordinate periodical internal Change Management review meetings with all functions and customer. Manage the ZF Material Master & Bill of Material (BOM) is up to date. Control and monitor special cases, for example: special builds & prototypes Guarantee data transfer and data quality by performing relationship management with the OEM plant. Start Escalation process if deviations occur.
