PrideStaff is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Visual Quality Inspector on behalf of our client in the Boiling Springs / Cowpens, SC area.

This role is crucial for ensuring the quality of automotive parts and maintaining our client's high standards. Your primary goal will be to meticulously inspect parts, identify any defects, and help maintain the integrity of the manufacturing process.

Visual Quality Inspector Key Responsibilities include:

As a Visual Quality Inspector, you will:

• Visually inspect automotive parts and components for defects such as scratches, dents, burrs, and discoloration.
• Use basic measurement tools and gauges to verify part dimensions against specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Document and report all quality issues, non-conformities, and data clearly and accurately.
• Work closely with the production team to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.

Visual Quality Inspector Required Skills and Experience include:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality control position is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong visual acuity.
• Ability to use and read basic measuring instruments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
