We are currently seeking an HR Manager for our client in Greer, SC. This is an immediate, direct hire opportunity.
Are you an HR professional looking to make a real impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Our client is looking for an HR Operations Manager to become a key player on the HR leadership team at their manufacturing facility! This position is a direct hire position.
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year (based on experience)

What You'll Do
As the HR Manager, you will be the go-to leader for all human resources functions. You'll play a critical role in shaping the company culture, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and ensuring we stay compliant and competitive.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion employee relations and maintain a healthy work environment
- Monitor employee engagement, reduce turnover, and improve retention
- Manage employee benefit programs and workers' compensation claims
- Champion the payroll process
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Maintain and manage accurate records and documentation
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Conduct pay surveys, evaluate jobs, and recommend compensation adjustments
- Forecast employment needs and support talent acquisition efforts
We're looking for someone who's as passionate about people as they are about results. Here's what you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- 3+ Years experience in payroll processing
- 3+ years experience in benefits administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HRIS systems (ADP a plus)
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
