We're looking for an Instrumentation And Controls Engineering Intern to join our Advanced Manufacturing Team, in Appleton, WI, Greenville, SC or Pittsburgh, PA. Join us and you'll have the chance to work on projects supporting a variety of manufacturing and related industries, including consumer goods, electric vehicles, data centers, chemicals, pulp & paper, and more.

During this internship you'll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client's expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. You'll also provide on-site assistance during startup, coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead. Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will produce designs for control systems for a variety of processes for all aspects of the process. You will develop P&IDs, specify process instrumentation and valves, design DCS and PLC based systems, design networking for control system, and you'll be surrounded by expert mentorship opportunities to help you thrive in your new career.

Here's what you'll need:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in either chemical, electrical, or mechanical engineering
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit
  • Previous relevant design internship experience
  • Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers, AutoCAD and/or Revit
  • Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship now or in the future

The base salary range for this position is $47,000.00 to $65,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
