Job Title: Statistical Programmer/Analyst

Duration: 12+ Months (could go beyond)

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret large amounts of data, analyze results using statistical methods, interpret trends, and provide ongoing reporting.
  • Develop recommendations based on data interpretation and analysis to increase productivity, reliability, forecasting, etc.
  • Use advanced statistical concepts to determine significant sources of variability.
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments to deliver maximum value.
  • Forecast and trend performance data.
  • Conduct process mapping and efficiency analysis.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for all data-related processes and analyses.
  • Analyze trends of monthly KPI results for performance improvement.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; preferably in science, engineering, applied statistics, or related technical discipline.
  • Knowledge of statistical data tools such as JMP and SAS is desired.
  • Ability to use and extract data from workflow tools, data warehouses, etc., and familiarity with statistical concepts such as distribution theories, probability, and correlations.
  • Experience applying statistics and software in data analysis (e.g., Minitab).
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to collect, communicate, and present data effectively.
  • Flexibility, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team environment.
