The Specialized Human Resources Manager - U.S. Retirement Plans is responsible for supporting the oversight, operations, and compliance of various U. S employee retirement plans. Including service provider oversight, retirement plan subject matter expertise and understanding of plan documents and provisions. Lead or support various projects of varying size and scope. Demonstration of positive, proactive and team-oriented approaches. The Specialized Human Resources Manager develops effective policies and programs in a specialized Human Resources unit and acts as a subject matter expert in own area of expertise.
