The Data & Analytics Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise data and analytics capabilities in a commercial insurance environment. This role oversees integration of data from core systems like Guidewire, drives the use of modern cloud tools including Microsoft Fabric, and ensures high-performance reporting through SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, and Cognos. In addition to analytics leadership, this role manages database administrators (DB - As) responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and optimized data environments that support business operations. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of insurance data and a strong background in Agile delivery practices.
