The Technical Systems Education Analyst is primarily responsible for building and maintaining the EMR training environment. They are responsible for updating and modifying all training materials, including lesson plans, exercise books, job aids, simulations and scenarios in MST and in production. They are deeply familiar with the EMR environment and well-versed in all applications so that they can, with high quality, credential and cross train educators on assigned applications. The Technical Systems Education Analyst works closely with the Epic Analysts to ensure alignment in system updates and other application enhancements. They audit educators during facilitation, offering feedback, suggestions, and when necessary, a remediation plan. They are highly skilled in understanding and working in the Epic Application Curriculum and Epic Application training environment.
