LOCATION: Clemson Head Start Center and Tommie C. Brooks Early Head Start Center

Job Summary

The Center Manager is responsible for working with the agency's Administrative Staff to provide an environment compliant with the Head Start Program Performance Standards and state licensure requirements. They supervise all center staff, collaborate with the Early Head Start Site Manager to ensure smooth center operations, and oversee staff training and technical assistance. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required; a bachelor's degree or higher is preferred. At least two years of experience in a preschool program is preferred, with experience in the Early Childhood field advantageous. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred. Demonstrated leadership and management abilities are required. A valid SC Driver's License with an acceptable driving record is necessary.
