Product Manager - Controls

About the Role

Spirax Sarco is seeking a dedicated Product Manager - Controls to join our team in the Southeast. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to researching, designing, and marketing steam products such as control valves and meters.
• Utilize market research to identify customer needs and analyze competitor products.
• Plan and implement marketing strategies to promote our products effectively.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, proactively addressing risks and challenges.
• Define product marketing communication objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners across production, business intelligence, data science, marketing, design, and engineering to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Assess market competition by comparing our products to competitors.
• Provide management with detailed analyses and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in steam thermal solutions, continuously improving our capabilities.
• Review inventory levels to ensure product availability.

Education and Experience

• BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with steam products is a plus.
• A portfolio demonstrating successful projects is advantageous.
