Location:

Duties:

Draft legal documents including memoranda, pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements

Handle correspondence and prepare court filings

Support litigation matters in construction and real estate law

Conduct legal research and analysis

Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on case strategy

Requirements:

Licensed to practice law in South Carolina

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience or completion of a judicial clerkship

Familiarity with South Carolina state court procedures

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Active South Carolina Bar License

Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

High level of professionalism and integrity
