Develop architectural and engineering designs for commercial, residential, or industrial projects Create detailed construction drawings and specifications using advanced CAD/ BIM software Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure integrated design solutions Perform building system analyses and calculations Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards Develop sustainable design solutions incorporating energy efficiency and environmental considerations Review contractor submittals and RFIs (Requests for Information) Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance.
