Leadership & Oversight Supervise and mentor quality team members, providing direction, training, and performance feedback. Assign and prioritize quality engineering tasks to ensure alignment with plant and organizational goals. Drive accountability across the quality team, ensuring consistent adherence to workmanship standards and audit requirements.
