Establish, maintain, and promote safety as a Vertiv core value and drive a positive safety culture. Identify and prioritize EHS initiatives in support of business needs. Coordinate with Learning and Development team to evaluate, develop, and assist in required EHS training for employees. Maintain site safety records, such as Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Job Hazard Analyses (JSA), and Ergonomic Assessments. Maintain incident and injury records and logs as required by OSHA and Vertiv Some travel may be required for training and cross-facility inspections and audits Perform safety/environmental/housekeeping facility walkthroughs regularly. Maintain data collection and reporting systems for EHS metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinate EHS metrics and best practices with the Vertiv Operating System (VOS).
