Community Banking Sales & Service Administrator. About the Role. The Community Banking Sales & Service Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Sales and Service Department by managing resources, coordinating meetings, and overseeing the bank's Voice of the Customer program. This position ensures the smooth operation of tools and systems that drive customer engagement and internal communication. What You'll Do. Manage day-to-day operations of Sales and Service resources including 360 View, SharePoint, and Branch Appointment Systems. Build engaging PowerPoint presentations and maintain the Sales and Service page on Uconnect. Oversee the Sales and Service and Website Leads email box, providing research and resolution support. Administer the bank's Voice of the Customer program (CSP), including training, reporting, and contract management. Provide monthly reports to internal support areas and monitor employee appeals for fairness.
