Initial point of contact for all new IT services related all IT related equipment. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Troubleshoot problems reported by users through email, phone call, face-to-face, and the Matrix 42 helpdesk system. Administer desktop computers, printers, VOIP phones, software, and miscellaneous hardware. Create quotes based on individual user needs to meet company goals. Order and receive hardware/software. Maintain and ensure network integrity through WAN/ LAN system. Troubleshoot to help Network team isolate and solve issues. Setup and Maintain IP Addresses. Maintain and deploy computers and users through Active Directory and Active Roles. Maintain network facilities in individual machines, including drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers. Create quotes for desktop builds including all compatible hardware components needed. Build desktop computers to fit the needs of the environment.
