Job Details

Design and optimize production and warehousing processes. Maintain 2 D CAD plant layouts. Lead process improvement activities with cross functional teams. Develop and maintain Process flow diagrams and PFMEAs for all production process. Drive plant performance KPI including OEE, labor cost per unit, first pass yield and more. Responsible for assisting with set-up and maintenance of electric and pneumatic fastening tools. Preparation and maintenance of Standard Work Instructions (SWI). Coordinating execution of manufacturing and material flow/handling process changes. Hand tool specification and design. Assisting associates, team leaders and process technicians in troubleshooting manufacturing problems. Perform other duties and responsibilities, as deemed necessary by engineering. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field of study 1 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or Industrial Engineer or in a related occupation.
