What your future day will look like:

  • Lead Risk & Safety Programs: Develop and manage company-wide risk policies, insurance coverage, and safety compliance-including OSHA coordination.
  • Manage Claims & Compliance: Oversee liability, property, and workers' comp claims, ensuring fair resolutions and strong regulatory relationships.
  • Control Budgets & Reporting: Handle financial planning for the Risk Fund, approve spending, and deliver clear reports to leadership.
  • Champion Accessibility: Ensure ADA compliance across all sites and programs, working with teams and community partners to resolve issues.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years experience deeply immersed in risk management (environmental safety and facility management) with insurance claims.
  • ADA Coordinator (ADAC).
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
