This individual assumes responsibility to ensure projects or enhancements stay on track by communicating with World Acceptance colleagues and third-party partners. As the delivery manager, you will partner with our software providers to configure client-led design on their platform and will collaborate with internal Product, Risk and Operations Directors to ensure key dates are identified and met, testing dates are communicated and all readiness and GTM tasks are tracked and completed. You will be outstanding in the role if you also recommend opportunities to improve customer and colleague experiences and partner to develop business cases for new products, capabilities and features that will provide value-added financial solutions for our customers.### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** *Technical and business acumen –* Work across technical and business teams and partners to develop, maintain or enhance credit product(s). Execute testing and validation, maintaining strict standards for deployment of features. Do this in partnership with several high-risk, third-party partners as well as internal application developers and business users. You should have experience managing product deployments or similar initiatives with little to no supervision, maintaining standards and regulatory requirements for the team.* *Servant Leader –* You will be comfortable flexing between influencer/leader and support contributor. Closely partner and lead when necessary to ensure the vision and goals are understood by internal and external colleagues. Also seek to help others when they are capacity constrained, so the team wins.* *Project Planning –* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies and resource allocation.* *Collaboration and Documentation* *–* Identify and engage with stakeholders to document requirements and ensure alignment of priorities when changes impact partners.* Identify and escalate risks to delivery deadlines and work to develop mitigation strategies.
