This individual assumes responsibility to ensure projects or enhancements stay on track by communicating with World Acceptance colleagues and third-party partners. As the delivery manager, you will partner with our software providers to configure client-led design on their platform and will collaborate with internal Product, Risk and Operations Directors to ensure key dates are identified and met, testing dates are communicated and all readiness and GTM tasks are tracked and completed. You will be outstanding in the role if you also recommend opportunities to improve customer and colleague experiences and partner to develop business cases for new products, capabilities and features that will provide value-added financial solutions for our customers.### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** *Technical and business acumen –* Work across technical and business teams and partners to develop, maintain or enhance credit product(s). Execute testing and validation, maintaining strict standards for deployment of features. Do this in partnership with several high-risk, third-party partners as well as internal application developers and business users. You should have experience managing product deployments or similar initiatives with little to no supervision, maintaining standards and regulatory requirements for the team.* *Servant Leader –* You will be comfortable flexing between influencer/leader and support contributor. Closely partner and lead when necessary to ensure the vision and goals are understood by internal and external colleagues. Also seek to help others when they are capacity constrained, so the team wins.* *Project Planning –* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies and resource allocation.* *Collaboration and Documentation* *–* Identify and engage with stakeholders to document requirements and ensure alignment of priorities when changes impact partners.* Identify and escalate risks to delivery deadlines and work to develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage the risks throughout the project lifecycle.* *Process enablement –* Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations, by following internal change management review procedures.* *Testing –* Execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements, coordinate UAT activities with end-users and stakeholders, provide training and support to end-users.* *Readiness –* Occasionally support business units by assisting in the create and maintenance of readiness documentation including procedures, training materials and user guides.**Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills*** *Education –* Bachelor's degree* Minimum 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area* Proficiency with end-user configurable development environments, such as platforms or tools that allow user-level customization (e.g., low-code/no-code platforms, plugin-based systems, or scriptable interfaces).* Analytical – Excellent logical and critical thought capabilities to understand and analyze complex business requirements* Strong organizational skills and can create a well-organized and controlled environment for the working team* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning/using cloud-based software like Monday.com, Figma, Jira and similar* Familiar with JSON for data interchange and configuration.* Experience working in API-supported environments, including integration and troubleshooting.* Naturally inquisitive with the ability to ask probing questions that help formulate plans, identify dependencies, risks, etc.* Self-starter that can take an initiative with basic scope or objective* Quick learner that can adapt to different projects with varying stakeholders* Able to quickly build relationships and navigate a large organization**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills*** Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams* Experience with agile frameworks and understanding of the software delivery life cycle**Physical Demands:*** Must be able to: + remain in a stationary position throughout the workday. + occasionally move about inside the office to access meetings, office machinery, etc. + occasionally lift up to 20 pounds**Work Environment:*** On-site work environment.It is the policy of World Acceptance Corporation to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
