Some of the responsibilities of this role include: Practice Oversight & Improvement. Leads and supports projects focused on efficiency, compliance, and patient experience. Ensures adherence to pediatric-specific health regulations. Stays current with HIPAA, OSHA, and CMS pediatric compliance standards. Monitors revenue cycle with attention to subspecialty billing opportunities. Identifies gaps in authorizations, referrals, and documentation. Analyzes EMR data for performance dashboards, recall systems, and care gap closures Patient Experience & Family Engagement. Fosters a child-friendly and family-centered environment.
