Job Title: Civil Engineer / Civil DesignerLocation: Greenville, SCExperience Level: Mid to SeniorÂIndustry: Industrial Site DevelopmentEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Opportunity:We’re seeking a skilled Civil Engineer or Designer with 5–10 years of experience in industrial site development to join a collaborative and dynamic team based in Greenville, SC. This is an exciting opportunity to work on medium to large-scale industrial projects and play a key role in planning, designing, and executing site development strategies.Responsibilities Include:Site development planning, including site master planning and site selectionUnderground utility routing and space planningStormwater and hydrology analysis, including modeling using StormCAD and CivilStormDesign and analysis of storm drain systems, gravity wastewater systems, and final grading plansConducting cut-and-fill analysis and earthwork balancingCreating erosion & sediment control plans, SWPPPs, and supporting permitting processesResearching and complying with local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirementsCollaborating with cross-functional teams on multi-disciplinary projectsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent relevant experience5–10 years of professional experience in industrial civil site designProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (all design modules)Working knowledge of Navisworks and BluebeamExperience with stormwater modeling tools such as StormCAD and CivilStormStrong communication and documentation skillsAnalytical and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detailAbility to effectively collaborate across engineering and project teamsPreferred Traits:Highly motivated and eager to expand technical knowledgeConfident in contributing to multi-disciplinary project teamsComfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environmentPlease send your resume to ...@selectek.net | 678.###.#### for consideration.
