What You Will Be Doing The Manufacturing Engineer Level 2 (ME 2) is responsible for providing planning support to all shifts, identifying and resolving planning issues, and developing and implementing training aids to increase the competency of the planning team. The ME 2 will work closely with planning Associate Managers, and planners to understand their concerns, provide guidance and support, and ensure compliance with planning policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:1. Planning Support: - Engage with planners across multiple shifts to understand their individual constraints and planning learning issues. - Identify and resolve planning issues on a daily basis, and implement learning to the lab when training planners .. Training and Development: - Create individualized training sessions with planners to increase their competency. - Maintain, improve, and deploy the training plan for new planners, including on-going training and on-boarding processes ..
