We are currently hiring for Utility FLEX Security Officer(s) in the Spartanburg, SC area. Must be available to work varying shifts and days. These positions have a starting pay range of $20/hr, dependent on site placement, and are paid weekly. Key Responsibilities: In addition to the requirements of regular Security Officers, the UTILITY is expected to maintain detailed notes on all sites that they train at to provide seamless service to the clients when they must cover that post. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to keep track of time for post worked and submit to Operations manager no later than 10 am on Friday. Quality Standards: Comes to work whether called in or scheduled in advance; is on time and completes shift assignments (including overtime, if assigned). Refusal to accept assignments may result in:Failure to receive sufficient hours per week. Removal from the UTILITY program.
