Backend Developer Procore P21 Integration Experience (Remote Contract)

Noble Cortex is looking for a skilled Backend and API Developer with experience integrating ERP systems like Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) to help build our invoicing automation system. You will be responsible for creating robust APIs that interface between P21 and customer portals, ensuring real-time, seamless data transfers.

What you will do

• Develop APIs to securely retrieve and transfer data from P21 ERP to invoicing automation workflows.
• Optimize the performance of the APIs to handle high-volume transactions and ensure data accuracy.
• Work with frontend and backend developers to ensure APIs integrate smoothly with the overall system architecture.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and improvements to the API as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain APIs to handle invoice data retrieval from P21.
• Work with AWS Lambda for serverless API deployments, ensuring scalability and low latency.
• Implement security protocols for API communication, including SSL/TLS encryption.
• Write clear, maintainable code with proper documentation for long-term support.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in API development, particularly with RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with Epicor Prophet 21 or similar ERP systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
