Overview
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of company facilities. This role involves managing office space, and ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained workplace. While completing daily functions of the coordinator role. The Facilities Coordinator works closely with internal teams and external service providers to support day-to-day operations and long-term facility needs.
Specific job responsibilities include:
• Process printing requests for handbooks, new hire packets, benefits enrollment forms, and various other documents
• Receiving, distributing, managing mail daily
• Efficiently pack and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain satisfactory office supply levels by taking inventory, monitoring usage and adjusting supply orders as needed
• Manage branded apparel orders
• Facilitate multiple vendor relationships and shop providers for competitive pricing
• Proactively communicate and partner with Questco departments to ensure the best client experience possible
• Administrative support that keeps the office running efficiently and effectively, i.e. answering phones, filing, scanning, as needed
• All other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years' experience in high volume office management role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess the ability to work independently and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks
• High School Diploma or higher required
• Professional services experience, PEO knowledge, preferred
• Excellent computer skills, high proficiency in MS Office
Required Skills:
• Excellent presentation skills, and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality with the ability to handle sensitive material concerning the organization and its clients

• Must be able to work flexible schedules when needed to support business needs
• Demonstrates integrity, ethics, accountability, responsibility, initiative and teamwork
• Frequent viewing of computer terminal with wrist/finger movement to operate a computer keyboard
• Requires sitting or standing for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30lbs. periodically
• Bend, reach, pull, stoop, and push are all elements of physical activity for this position
• Fluency in English - speak, read and write.
