Nesco Resource is hiring for Sheet Metal Mechanics to support C-130 aircraft modifications. In this role, you will plan, lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural repairs and modifications on C-130 flight controls and aircraft components.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal parts using precision measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Work with thinner materials and ensure structural integrity of flight components.
• Perform both on-aircraft and back shop repair work as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an aircraft sheet metal mechanic required.
• Experience with flight controls, thin-gauge materials, or back shop repair strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret technical data and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely and efficiently.

Shift Information:
Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift.

• 1st Shift: 5:30am - 4:00pm
• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 1:30am
