Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We are a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This is a role on the social media team with potential to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.

The LinkedIn Strategist (Internal Title: Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising) works directly with mid-market and enterprise clients, communicating results, creating custom strategies, and executing paid media deliverables. You will gain experience creating high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B businesses. This role reports to the Associate Director.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts
  • Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align tasks, quality, and improvements
  • Build strategies for clients each quarter
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
  • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
  • Be responsible for personal productivity and utilization
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
  • Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
  • Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships
  • Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn to maximize ROI

What You Offer
  • 2+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on support for B2B clients
  • Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
  • Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and more)
  • Strong understanding of paid principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms
  • Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
  • Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to translate strategy and tell stories with data
  • Problem solver mindset; curious and proactive
  • Always seeking opportunities to grow and share knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Committed to quality without losing the human aspect of advertising
  • Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed

  • Annual base salary range for this position based in the United States: $70,000-$80,000 USD with potential for bonus eligibility

Work Environment Requirements

As a remote-first company, you can work from anywhere in the US, with optional offices in Irvine, CA. Global opportunities may be available where we have established operations. You must have work authorization in the country you reside in.
