What We Do

ServiceMac's Project Management Office (PMO) supports and leads projects for the entire organization. Projects include Loan Servicing Transfers and Technology-related initiatives. The Project Manager oversees multiple projects on an ongoing basis, creates project documents, plans, coordinates, and reports status. Responsibilities include risk management, issue resolution, assembling project teams, identifying resources, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion. Coordinates with other projects and work groups.

What You'll Do

• Independently oversee multiple medium to large scale complex projects.
• Coordinate project deliverables, plans and status reports.
• Identify appropriate resources and coordinate schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Create project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risks, contingency plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate status and milestone meetings with cross-functional groups.
• Monitor risks and controls to achieve outcomes on time and on budget.
• Work with end users, business technologies and others to prioritize goals and information needs related to the project.
• Monitor project budgets, cost estimates and forecasting.
• Prepare project status reports and keep team, management and clients informed of status and issues.
• May be required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.

What You'll Bring

• 4-7 years of directly related experience
• Mortgage servicing knowledge preferred
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) preferred
• ITIL Certification preferred
• Knowledge of project management best practices and current technologies to plan and communicate effectively with project team and sponsors
• Experience with project management methodologies and techniques
• Experience with business processes to communicate with team members, customers and management
• Experience planning, coordinating, and administering projects in business and/or technology environments
• Experience with risk management
• Experience managing multiple or large projects
• Experience with project plans and budgets
• Experience facilitating meetings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to create project plans and documentation
• Knowledge of communication, statusing, and project management tools

• Works on problems of moderate scope requiring analysis of factors
• Uses judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action
• Follows department processes and may contribute improvements
• Errors may cause delays in process development or problem resolution

Supervision Received or Extended

• No responsibility for supervising others
• Works independently; priorities and objectives are self-set. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and accuracy

Salary Range: $75,375.00 - $100,475.00 annually

This hiring range is a good-faith estimate and is subject to change. Actual compensation depends on factors including education, training, experience, and location.
